SPERRY TOP-SIDERS

 

 

Sperry Top-Siders have been an all American favourite since 1935 when Paul Sperry was inspired by his dogs ability to run nimbly over ice and snow, he took a knife out and cut thin slits around the outer edge of his shoes, thus creating the original Sperry.

I don't know how that gave him the chance of running as fast as his dog, but good on him for giving it a hoon. Go get some of these on and race a pooch!
